What is Extra time?

When your party GOES on longer than expected and guests aren’t finished with the photo booth, Purchasing additional time is an option. When prepaying for this option you save money rather than paying for it the day of the event. There are different pricing options available depending on the market your event is taking place in. This all depends on the package and whether or not your looking for idle time (no pictures taken) or additional time of pictures being taken.

What is Idle Time?

Why pay for time that you are not going to use? Add Idle time for things such as your guest having dinners, or during presentations. During Ide time no pictures are taken.

Do you provide both black and white prints?

Yes, Our photo booth can print either black and white or color prints. You have the option of getting photo strips or 4X6 prints.

Do you provide me with a digital copy of all images taken at my event?

Yes. You will get a digital copy of every photo strip, as well as each individual picture. All photos will be uploaded on our website gallery for you and your guests to view. If you’d like you can also add on a USB or digital photo frame with your top photos downloaded.

Can you Provide a Canopy tent?

A canopy tent is needed for all outdoor events, It can be purchased as an add on. These tents can be customized with your events name for branding.
We don’t recommend using the booths outside due to the weather/lighting . If we must be outside the surface must be flat, meet the space requirements and be close to an electrical outlet.

What is Social media sharing?

Social media sharing is an add on that Allows you and your guests to instantly share digital copies of your photo sessions at the event. Email and text message are most popular. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram are also available by request.

Do you provide different backdrops or green screens?

Yes, Choose from our standard, Premium or customized backdrops. We work with you to choose the backdrop that is right and specific for your event. If you don’t find a backdrop in our inventory let us customize a themed, branded, or Green screen backdrop for you!

Do you provide props?

We have Several Prop Packages to choose from. Since every event is different the props should be to!

How many photo strips will be printed at the event?

Two copies are printed. One copy will be given to the guest, another to the event host. If you have chosen our scrapbook option, we will put the host’s copy in the scrapbook. We do offer an option that will provide each guest with a copy of the picture rather than only printing two. Refer to the pricing page in your area to see detailed pricing for this upgrade.

Does your company provide photo branding?

Yes, absolutely Choose this option in your add ons.

Do you Offer Red carpet?

We love this add on!! If your event has a classier ambiance, this add on is a perfect addition. Not only does it serve as an excellent form of crowd control, but it also brings a level of sophistication to the photo booth. Let all your guest feel like the stars they are!

Absolutely, we would love to work with you to make sure your event is just the way that you envisioned!

Do you Offer special Pricing for Non-Profits business associations, Schools, Churches, Groups?

You Betcha, We specialize in working with Non-profit agencies. Our mission is always to give back to the community that has been so great to us!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, reservation of your date and time requires a 30% deposit and your signed rental agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Will someone be there to help assist with the booth?

Yes, FOTO-GENEX always provides at least one of our trained host at your event.

Can your booths be used at outdoor events?

We do not recommend using the photo booth outdoors due to the irregularity of Lighting. The Mirror me booth can be outside on a level surface by adding on our basic or customized canopy tents and necessary equipment to your order. The area reserved for the photo booth meets the dimension requirements and is within ten feet of a standard electrical outlet.

Is set up and break down time included in the rental cost, or is that additional?

Yes. Your photo booth host will arrive one hour prior to the start of operational time to setup the photo booth, unless otherwise agreed upon. Breakdown occurs after booth operational time and is typically completed within 30-45 minutes.
